The Families in Business: From Generation to Generation addresses the pivotal issues confronting family-owned businesses and business-owning families. Participation in this inspiring and highly practical six-day program is open to family teams of four or more family members and/ or non-family managers. The program affords family teams a hands-on opportunity to identify the goals and challenges of the business and family, debate real issues facing family companies globally, and develop practical solutions to complicated problems.

Key Executives Program

 

This program is designed exclusively for direct reports of Owner/President Management (OPM) Program participants or alumni. This offering provides executives with the tools, skills, and perspectives to maximize their leadership effectiveness during periods of great change and growth. Over the course of this intensive, two-week program, participants will be introduced to general management best practices. As a result, they will gain a deeper understanding of their unique role in shaping corporate direction and in improving business performance.
